Shipping Your Artwork

No Risk Evaluation

You will have 28 days to evaluate your artwork risk free*. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us and let us know.
We will issue you a credit for your purchase including shipping and handling charges, and will cover the cost of return shipping.** Please see our return policy for information on returns after the 28 day No Risk Evaluation period.

Custom Packaging

Our orders come packaged in custom built boxes to ensure safe delivery. We go to great lenghts to make sure your order arrives to your satisfaction.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that has incurred any damage during shipping, please document the damage as soon as it is noticed. It is important that you take digital photographs of the packaging and any damage the artwork has received. Please save all packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible with this documentation so that we can arrange for next steps with the shipper.

Return Policy

After the 28 day no risk evaluation period, you can still return your purchase up to 6 months from the date of purchase. You will be credited the original purchase price, but not initial shipping and handling fees, nor return shipping charges. Pieces returned will need to be packaged in the original packaging and insured for the original purchase amount. Any damage during shipping or prior to shipping will the the responsibility of the customer. Items damaged in anyway will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Internationally

We are happy to ship to international customers. However, international shipments require extra considerations. All shipments being exported or imported must clear customs to enter the destination country or region. Specific documentation is required in order to clear customs. We can arrange all of the necessary documentation and provide you with a step-by-step guide on what to expect when receiving items that are shipped internationally. Additional shipping and handling charges and delivery times may apply to orders shipped internationally. Please contact us for more information about your specific needs.

In addtion, we may choose to use an escrow service to ship orders to certain international customers. We utilize Escrow.com for such transactions.

Fine Print

*Artwork or orders that exceed 7 kg (15 lbs.) could be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned even during the 28 day evalution period. No Risk Evaluation applies only to orders that are shipped in the continental United States. International orders are subject to additional costs and shipping times.
Customers that return more than 5 orders in any given year might be subject to the 10% restocking fee, at our discretion.
